Bearly Mine Challenge 20

Good morning all, Im in shock, the sun is shining, the skies are blue and its.... warm. :). Not bad for end of September ah?!

We have a brand new challenge starting over at Bearly Mine Challenge blog today, and the theme is,
3 x design papers, nice easy one for me, as I do lurve my papers.

I have chosen an image by The Paper Shelter, (as they are one of our sponsers this week), you must pop in there, there are some really cute images to be had. All the papers are by Bearly Mine Designs, you defo got to take a gander at Donna's  new Christmas Sets, gorgeous.

The dp's I have used are from the Paperlace, simply dots and a freebie (yep if you didnt know Donna gives away some fabby papers every month, how generous is that :))

Totally Tilda Challenge - 32

Good afternoon all you crafters, had visitors this morning, which totally threw me, and had not scheduled my posting... grrr. that will teach me.  So a tad late in posting.. apologies.

There is a brand new challenge starting over at Totally Tilda Challenge Blog today, and will run for two weeks, so plenty of time to get your thinking caps on.

The challenge is.... to Decorate a chipboard beermat, (coaster), or a mini album.

I have had to sit this one out I am afraid, as life got in the way a bit for me this week, however, the rest of the team have done a FABULOUS job of the challenge, so please make sure you head over to the challenge blog and check out what they have all come up with... all I can say  is WOW... and there is some truly wonderful inspiration there.

A Gem of a Challenge -30

Good morning everyone.. another gloomy wet miserable day in Kent... so thats summer gone then... did we have one? oh yes I vaguely remember two weeks of sunshine.... albeit a day here, a day there....  at this rate I can see the heating going on very early this year. ! ...  anyway I hope that this fortnights challenge at AGOAC will brighten up your day.  The DT as always, have come up with some right little corkers of cards...  This week, Jenny is hosting and has come up with a fab sketch to follow.

Bearly Mine Challenge 19

Good morning all, I am still half asleep, so excuse any spelling mistakes, lack of copic numbers :) and any other thing you think..., what on earth is she on about...   I was so excited getting my new car, and driving it out and about... that I didnt get around to doing both blog posts... hey, at least I made sure the most important one was done... The  Bearly Mine challenge blog, which starts a new challenge today, and the theme is BUTTONS :)


I have used an image by Emerald Faerie, called Willy and Mia,   . 

The papers are by Donna, at Bearly Mine,the base dp is from the Spring Surprise set .
Now this is where it going to get interesting lol.... cos I am having to do this from memory.... and as I said, brain defo not in gear yet, I still need to finish my first cuppa and another one after that, plus a few death sticks... THEN I am nearly awake.. lol..  so bear with me here....

Totally Tilda Challenge - 31

Good Morning all, and a very wet one here in Kent... yuk.. but I am still a happy little bunny with a big smile on my face... two reasons... one obviously new shiney car being delivered tomorrow morning and TWO.... I am now officially on the Design Team at Totally Tilda Challenge Blog yippeeeee... Susie very kindly asked me a short while ago, and after a short think.. lol... I happily accepted... and today's card/challenge is my debut.:)

The theme for this fortnight is  WEDDING (and Edwin can  come too) LOL

I have chosen to use Tilda and her little bridesmaid, every bride got to have one :),

I have used what has got to be my fav nestibility at of the moment, made my own bp, as wasnt happy with much I had in my stash... now why is that? I have HUNDREDS, probably thousands of papers ,one way and another... and yet.... I couldnt find anything suitable LOL , so out come my trusty SU roller wheels, SU pink pad and happy rollering LOL.  ohh same thing applied with the ribbon too, nothing again was what I had in mind.. (need another trip to haberdashery s hop).. so used up oddments of organza and copic'd them..

I used a lot of the C  numbers, glamour dust, flowers from Wild Orchid,

Bridesmaid? not a clue.. as had to improvise when her blonde trusses went slightly wrong LOL ... so quick cover up as everything else was coloured in at that point ! grrr. so not entirely happy with her hair.
Dress  I tried out this new techinque of folds, so another first for me, lots more practice me thinks... but I was happy with the way it turned out, R20, 22, 24, and same for shoes..
I am also entering this into the TOMIC challenge... make your own backgrounds.

A Gem of a Challenge -29

Good Morning all,
Hope the sun is shining where you are today... :).... Im off to look for a new car, as old one well deaded. :(...  so fingers crossed I find something today or my friend and travel buddy won't be happy LOL, the amount of 'finger work' she has put into finding me something... I have been told if I too fussy, I on me own. lol.. Will let you know how I get on later. :)

So onto a brand new challenge over at AGOAC... and this week, (I really liked this one).. was a colour inspiration theme....  all the girls have come up with fabby cards, as always...

I have used Christmas Eve Chloe, who can be found HERE, at the Pink Gem Shop, and she is one of Janets new stamps out, make sure you pop over to see the other little cuties :).

Bearly Mine Challenge 18

Just to let you all know, a brand new Bearly Mine Challenge starts today, and will run for two weeks, this weeks theme (sob)... is   FLOWERS, FLOWERS, FLOWERS,... Im sad, cos I did'nt get time to make a card for this challenge....and I love flowers. :(  But I will get to drop in on the challenge enteries, and no doubt be admiring all your lovely creative works....

Hola, all the way from Sunny Spain, and yep 35 deg in the shade.... bliss :)  I off for a dunk in the pool as soon as I have scheduled this posting.:).... so all being well.... LOL..

A new challenge is beginning over at AGOAC, and this week Mandy has hosted and chosen a fabulous sketch for us all to work with.
