Challenge card

Good Sunday morning all.  Well its been far too long since I entered a challenge just for fun, and I have to say,, I really enjoyed making this one.. although I do not normally do 'vintage', I had the perfect papers to hand and had to have a bash at it, infact its only the 2nd vintage card I have done, and the first one was for Mo's DP2 challenge as well. lol...  They are also doing a call for a Guest Designer for August, so if you are interested pop over and take a looksee.

I have used Teacup Fairy, she sort of fell in my basket when I was purchasing Bronte Kisses,

Good Morning all.... see everything has had a good 'wash' in the night and looking at that sky.. think we in for some more of the wet stuff.... however to brighten up your day, we have a brand new challenge starting over at A Gem of A Challenge, and this week the theme is

Goood morning all you loverly people.. todays starts off on a goodun... my newly appointed position as Team Leader for Bearly Mine Challenges has begun. :).. gawd help them :) LOL..   Donna has let me loose... :) she will probably want to string me up before long hehe.... so... here we go.... I made this challenge a dead easy one, cos I felt I had enough to contend with, sorting out all the other stuff that goes with the position... I have used a cute cute cute image, by Emerald Faerie, called Ebony... soon as I saw this image I had to have it... isnt it just so adorable.... (ooh bet ya didnt know I did cute) ! lol   I have coloured him/her with copics... .. now the burning question is... can I remember what I used... erm.......... well I will try me hardest...

Sketch n Stash Challenge 65

Good morning all, what a lovely sunny day it is here in Kent.. :) Today starts a brand new challenge over at Sketch n Stash, and our little ray of sunshine, Faye, has come up with a fabulous sketch for us all this week.

I really enjoyed playing with this one, and this will be another one of those that I will use again.   I have used a Lily of the Valley image, called Little Girls Story Time, how cute is this :) Keep meaning to treat self to more of the LOTV stamps, just can't decide which ones.,, as want most of them. lol... just plain greedy me.

The old stash I have used are the pink papers from the Papermania book, Blueberry Hill. Also used, Bearly Mine Spring Flight, and the check was an oddment I had lying around...

Good morning all.... I have something to brighten up your day, a brand new challenge over at Sketch n Stash , and our lovely Vicky has come up with a fabby sketch :)

My last DT card for Kenny K ........

Yep... that year went quick thats all I can say.. however, I have enjoyed every minute of it, and now its time for pastures new....

I would like to say a fond farewell to Cheryl, Dawn and Jill also.  Its been fab playing along with you girlz and your amazing talents.  (Jill you still stuck with me on S n S I'm afraid LOL)

New Releases at Pink Gem

Good morning all,
Well finally got a dry day, so will have to do something in garden... as sure it won't last ... why do the weeds grow a darn sight faster than the flowers??
Anyway........... I have something sooooo cute to show you all, and I adore her.. Janet at Pink Gem has done it again, :) she has released some new super cute images.

I have used Butterfly Chloe, isnt she just so adorable ? There are other new releases so make sure you pop over and take a look, best have your cc handy as well lol, cos when you see them you will want them. lol Also, the digi papers I have used were a freebie by Pink Gem too,  thats the joy of digi papers, you can print them out any size you want.

Also been playing with my friend Debs' Grand Calibur  :) and grand nesties.. guess whats on my wish list :) (once I paid for the GC lol) 
The die is by MC and copics used, as always.
Cant remember when I last used watercolours... um... time to have another play with those, trouble is I tend to go back over what I have painted, with ... yep you got it... copics, lol... so spose a bit pointless really.

Sketch n Stash Challenge 63

Good morning all, sorry I am a tad late posting this.. but it will be worth the wait :) We have a brand new challenge starting today at Sketch n Stash, and I really loved this sketch.  So a big well done to Jill. :)

Defo one I will be using again.   The rest of the DT have made some super fab cards... so make sure you pop over and take a look, certainly some fab inspiration there.  Well done girls. x
I have used Tilda.. I still love colouring up these little cuties. And have to admit, I was rather pleased with this one... (shame nothing else gone right since LOL)..

my new stash are the gorge papers from SU, and old stash ... the red flower... which I had lurking in the bottom of a jar... it was actually a sort of poppy affair, with two layers... that I had bought donkeys years ago as a flower arrange type thingy... so technical, lol, and I so nearly threw them out,but decided to pull them apart instead... so glad I did... makes fabby little flowers now.

B32, B34, B37 and B39... these blend beautifully, (I noticed not all the colours blend as well as others).

Little announcement. :)

Well have you guessed?  Have you spotted it?? I know a few that have LOL.... I am SO happy to tell you all, that I have been very kindly asked by Donna of Bearly Mine Designs, to become Team Leader on the Bearly Mine Designs Challenge Blog... and I get to play with more of  her wonderfully scrumptious digi papers .I really am so proud to have been asked and didn't take me more than a nano second to accept.

I hope that those that don't know of these fabby digi papers,(and why not?) LOL, will pop over and take a look, if you haven't seen these you are going to totally fall in love with them !,  and also join in the fun that we will all be having on the challenge blog... there is currently a challenge up for Diecuts and lace,, and the DT have made some truely wonderful cards for inspiration.

I will be joining the rest of the team as from 1st July, and I cannot wait to get going... Im off to dream up some fabby forthcoming challenges for us all... :) .. might make the first one a dead easy one .. then the challenges will really begin LOL... (more so for me, cos I the one that has to think them up ROFL). !

Whats been missing from his collection????   ooh yep... Wedding images... and these are such fun... Us girlz on Team A, have show cased a few of them today, over on the  Challenge blog, where a new challenge also starts today.. and its a wonderful sketch by our Donna.

New Challenge and more of.................

Good morning campers :)....  There is a brand new challenge starting today over at Kenny K's Krafty Girlz challenge blog..... and Team B are hosting this week.   and the theme is Fabulous Florals.

Also, Pam has added even more wedding photos, and me paragliding,, jetskiing, bombing... (no not the blow up buildings sort) ! lol, and various other poses !!!!!! some not as pretty as the wedding dresses thats for sure !! cheers Pam !!!! such a shame I was so eager to run .. ok... walk as quick as poss, to get your inhaler, otherwise I would have had some fab shots of you in the drink ! AGAIN... and no we not talking vodka or barcardi LOL...  I do hope some of my followers will pop over and take a look, as Pam really has captured more than just wedding pics LOL.. go on, off you go, you know you want to now !!!! hehe... (I probably wont live some of these shots down, but heyho...always time to get my own back,, and I am sure Pam, will give me plenty of opportunities in the near future :) )

Pink Gem Challenge 22

 

Good Morning my little fellow bloggers.   Its good to be back :) and getting back into the swing of crafting again. Today starts a brand new challenge over at A Gem of a Challenge and we have a fabby sketch to follow this time, by Rebekah 

I have used a cute little elephant that I have had sitting in my box of things to do for far too long lol... please make sure you visit the shop, as Janet has some fabulous new papers,  I used the micro dots for the main bp, and they can be found HERE, they are also on offer at the moment. !!!!!  Also, used 'Shades' on the circle

I used copics... oh what a surprise lol... for little elephant the numbers are

C1, C2, C3, C5,C7 and R20 on his chops. :)  W1 and W3 on hair and feet.   flowers from the retro punch,and rest from stash.. although I did have to cut down one of the flowers with a pair of scallop scissors LOL... worked a treat actually, and lovely and even.

Some wedding pics.

As I am STILL at sixes and sevens since I returned from my holiday/weddings... and not done anything apart from the KK DT card... I thought I would share a few wedding pics, (as I had a request !) lol...
There was a registry office wedding in the Uk first, then a tradtional Balienese blessing in Bali... hence all the kebayas !! lol.. HOpe you like :)..

ALSO.... numbnut here.. forgot to mention on Monday, that a new sketch challenge has been set over at Sketch n Stash, although I didnt get time to make a card, I will still be popping by to see some of your fabby creations... HOpe you will join in the fun and take part.

I hope to be back to card making asap... as missing creating dreadfully.

Im back..... and its a new KK challenge

Hi everyone... well I'm back from sunny Bali.... I will be adding a few wedding/holiday pics next week, after I have collected Ma and dog from Gloustershire. :)... been busy decorating since been back, so it all been a bit manic... well, black hairy dog and white gloss paint no go well together ! lol..
anyways, we will catch up with all that in due course... in the meantime...

a brand new KK challenge is starting today.. and I get to choose the theme this week, whoop whoop lol.. easily pleased, me ! lol

so the theme for this week, is   WOW... thats White on White, not WOW fabby,.. although I expect they will be.. lol.. I had to do mine a bit quick sharp today, and yes although looking cream, it is white. lol... see, my photography hasnt improved a ny ! 

I have used one of the Manga images... and.. I THINK it was a freebie from Kenny... will have to go back and check that.. not doing my job properly here as Team Leader am I ! talk about let the side down.. anyways.... all his images can be found HERE at the shop. ! :)  I have gone for a DL for a change, mainly due to slight mishap, whilst attempting to cut out the image ! lol.. someone wasnt watching how close to the edge she was... , anyways, it was a bit of a serendipity, as it worked nicely for me, to use two folders on the backing card. .. would have been fiddling a lot more with a 6 x 6.. so think it was meant to be.
