From me to you

I would like to wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
I will, probably like a lot of you, be a bit busy over the few days !!!! LOL... so blogland may well be a bit quiet... However,... I hope everyone has a fab few days of festivity.. and not too many hangovers !... not holding out much hope for myself on the latter ! LOL
I would also like thank everyone that has visited my blog, and also to those of you that took the time to leave a comment. It is always appreciated, and makes it all worthwhile. I hope that some of you have had a bit of inspiration, and/or a giggle along the way.
I will see you all in a day or three..... :)

my fav colours to work with.. so.. after all those xmas colours, its made a lovely change... just need to add a sentiment to this one .. (for a friends birthday).
I really shouldnt be here... got heaps to do in the h.......k dept ! ... so will quickly add this and go back to wading though piles of junk mail... and they wonder why theres a shortage of trees !!!

Been a bad blogger

Hi all, If Ive still got anyone that visits ! lol..
Cannot believe its been nearly a whole week since Ive posted anything.. I knew I had been busy, but... so sorry everyone, cos I know you all miss me... well ... it suddenly goes very quiet hehe.
I have finished all my cards, with inserts, just need to pop a few more in post today, that I had... erm.... forgotten to actually post.. !! Just as well I decided to have a bit of a clean up today, or they would still be there until next christmas probably LOL.. (well... new year then) !
I was going to go and see if my local Craft Central was closing down and grab some bargains today, but then thought... its only a bargain if i need it.. and to be honest.. apart from some stamps Im dying to get hold of.. (have written Santa a lovely letter) .. I actually dont need anything... so decided not to go.. instead went and played in craft room... and joy of joys, made some birthday cards.... so nice after all those snowflakes, holly and such like !..
Will add last few on here I did make.. and thats it again for an other year ... (thank goodness)... although I HOPE... (best laid plans)... to make a few a month next year, cos no matter how early I seem to start, I still end up rushing to get them finished.. but... as I said.. thats the plan... and Im sure I say the same thing ... every year ! LOL.. (bet I not alone either) ! Have also added a birthday card I made for a very good friend of mine.

Finished ! Hip Hip Hurrah

Well... Ive finally finished making all my Chimbo cards... Just got a few inserts to do, and then post off the final batch.... I will probably put a couple more together.. just incase Ive forgotten anyone ! lol... then I can put all them blooming snowflakes away for a while.
Have made a wish list of stamps I need for next year !! ... thank goodness for stamp swops... it certainly got me out of a fix this year.
Maybe now I can rejoin in some challenges and start to relax a bit. Well... after I have given the house a total clean from top to bottom.... it has been very badly neglected of late... due to panic setting in with getting all the cards done in time!..
Next will be to get the rest of the christmas pressies bought, and all wrapped so youngest daughter can take to her sisters... as they are all spending christmas together this year in Lincs. So.. not quite time to relax just yet.... but the end is nigh ! lol

My girls soo different.. lol.... one is all girly, pretties and pink, the other... , no fancies no frills, mad sense of humour ! so as they spending Xmas together this year, I thought I best make two cards as near to similar as possible.. !!! yeah ok... confused? yeah, I was too !! lol both A4 Cards !!!!

Two Turtle Doves

This card is for my son and daughter in Law... They rescued thousands of Turtle eggs whilst in Indonesia, and hatched them out and released them.... plus they used to work for Dream Divers in Gilli Trawangan, and funny enough, their logo was a turtle too... so this is perfect, plus the old two turtle doves and all that Christmas stuff !!! lol which was actually the 1st reason this chosen LOL

Need to make a birthday card today, so that will make a lovely change from snowflakes and santas...
think we all fed up with the sight of them now ! :)

Good Morning

Two completely different cards.. still plugging away at the Xmas ones lol... and I know Im not alone there !!.. think we will all be glad to see the back of snowflakes and a fat man in a red suit! LOL...
Anway... for today... another WOW card .... (white on white LOL, incase you thinking I blowing my own trumpet). and also a penny black image.. which I will probably put in for the PTWC this week...

Can see the cuttlebug coming out to play again, thats for sure! ohh and there will be another sketch hopefully from PTC... so that might help me. (or not, as the case may be) lol
